• App blocking and scheduling features using iOS Screen Time
• Usage tracking and metrics (stored locally on device)
• Mindful interruption screens to encourage intentional app usage
• Alternative activity suggestions and tracking
• Anonymous analytics for app improvement (no personal data collected)

3. User Requirements

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use DopamineSwap. Users under 18 may require parental consent for Screen Time permissions.

Device Requirements

• iOS 17.0 or later
• Compatible iPhone device
• Screen Time permissions enabled

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Features

DopamineSwap offers limited free features including blocking up to 3 apps and basic tracking.

Premium Subscription

Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscription or one-time purchase:

• Unlimited app blocking
• Advanced insights and analytics
• Multiple focus schedules
• Priority support

Billing

• All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App for its intended purpose of managing phone habits
• Not attempt to circumvent or disable App features
• Not reverse engineer or modify the App
• Keep your device and Apple ID secure
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Privacy and Data Collection

DopamineSwap is committed to protecting your privacy:

• All personal data remains on your device
• We collect only anonymous analytics events through Firebase Analytics
• No personal information, usage patterns, or blocked apps data is transmitted

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of DopamineSwap, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Göktug Başaran and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DopamineSwap is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Göktug Başaran and DopamineSwap shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to your personal information

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Göktug Başaran and DopamineSwap from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
